Island Touch (Bachata) at the Science & Salsa Night on June 27th 2015

The LaSalle College’s Event Planning program is organizing a salsa fundraiser benefiting the Research Institute of the McGill University Health Centre (RI-MUHC). As one of the top research institutes in Canada, the RI-MUHC has just recently moved into its brand new home at the Glen (1001 Decarie Boulevard, H4A 4J1), boasting a state-of-the-art facility which allows them to bridge the gap between biomedical research and clinical medicine.
Through this event, we intend to show our support of the new location and it’s modern and effective new features. We are so greatful of the researchers who dedicate their lives to making new discoveries everyday, which could potentially save millions of lives all over the world.
So let’s raise as much money as we can to show our support and make a difference, all while having a fabulous night of salsa!!

Les étudiants du Collège Lasalle, du programme de planification de l’évènement, organisent une soirée de salsa, au profit de l’Institut de Recherches du Centre Universitaire de Santé McGill (RI-MUHC). Étant l‘un des plus grands Instituts de recherches au Canada, le RI-MUHC vient tout récemment d’emménager dans sa nouvelle résidence au Glen (1001, blvd Decarie, H4A 4J1), bénéficiant d’une installation « state-of-the-art » ce qui leur permet de combler l’écart entre la recherche biomédicale et la médecine clinique.
Grâce à cet événement, nous avons l’intention de démontrer notre appui du nouvel emplacement et ces nouvelles fonctionnalités, modernes et efficaces. Nous sommes très reconnaissant des chercheurs qui consacrent leur vie à faire de nouvelles découvertes qui pourrait, effectivement, sauver des millions de vies dans le monde entier.
Cet soirée vise à collecter de l’argent pour démontrer notre appui, tout en ayant une nuit fabuleuse de la salsa !!
